Petra was that girl, although I had no way of knowing that. She could have smacked my face. She could have just ignored me. That's happened lots of times."
It probably should have happened that time. Petra was studying to become a nurse or a doctor (she didn't know which one she wanted to be). She was volunteering at childrens' hospitals in Prague and working at homeless shelters. Her life plate was full. Becoming a nude model had never crossed her mind until that day.
"I didn't have the confidence," she said.
